Accomplishments are celebrated and expected in our society. From a young age, we’re encouraged to set goals and work hard to attain them. While this fosters ambition and discipline, it can also lead to a narrow focus on external validation. Social media, professional groups, and even family circles constantly remind us of how we measure up to others, often resulting in self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and limiting beliefs.

While striving for external achievements like, degrees, promotions, high-paying careers, physical beauty, and awards isn't inherently bad, believing these milestones alone will bring lasting happiness is a myth. The relentless chase for success can obscure deeper aspirations, leading to feelings of emptiness or misalignment. Understanding your "why" is crucial for aligning your efforts with true sources of joy and fulfillment.

In this workshop, we will explore how an exclusive focus on achievements can cause burnout, restlessness, and unproductive comparison, robbing you of happiness and motivation. Together, we will discover practical ways to connect to our "why" by intentionally aligning aspirations, actions, and achievements.
